An economical, low-maintenance tall fescue variety that is unique for its increased heat tolerance when compared to other fescue varieties. It has a coarse texture and light green color, is easy to establish and tolerates both wear and drought. For use in full sun to medium-shaded areas. 99.9% weed-free. Plant in early spring or early fall. Germination: 7-14 days. Planting Rates: New Lawns-10 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft.; Overseeding-5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. Planting depth: No more than 1/4".
